PandaLoop Farm Manager - Quick Start Guide

Welcome to your new print farm dashboard! This tool lets you manage multiple Bambu Lab printers, view live camera feeds (without the cloud), and queue up jobs directly from your Windows PC.

1. Installation & Launch

No coding required! This software runs as a standalone application.

How to Run

  1. Download & Extract: Download the PandaLoop.zip file and extract it to a folder on your computer.

    • Important: Do not run the .exe from inside the zip file. Extract the whole folder first so it can find your templates and settings.

  2. Launch the App: Double-click PandaLoop.exe.

  3. Windows Security Warning:

    • If Windows Defender pops up saying "Windows protected your PC," click More Info -> Run Anyway. (This happens because this is custom software not signed by Microsoft).

  4. Firewall Prompt:

    • You may see a prompt asking to allow network access. Click Allow (Private Networks) so the software can talk to your printers.

Open the Dashboard

Once the black console window appears, open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.) and go to: 👉 http://localhost:5000

(To access this dashboard from your phone or another PC on the same wifi, use your PC's IP address, e.g., http://192.168.1.15:5000)

2. Connecting a Printer

  1. Click the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top right of the dashboard.

  2. Click "Add Printer".

  3. Enter the details found on your printer's physical screen (Settings -> Network):

    • Name: Give it a nickname (e.g., "P1S-Left").

    • IP Address: The local IP (e.g., 192.168.0.50).

    • Access Code: Found on the printer screen (often under the "Lan Mode" or "Account" tab).

    • Serial Number: The printer's unique 15-character SN.

Tip: For reliable connections, set a "Static IP" for your printers in your router settings.

3. Starting a Print (The Smart Mapper)

This dashboard uses a Smart Scanner to read your files. It ignores confusing slicer data and shows you only what actually matters.

How to Queue a Job

  1. Go to the printer's dashboard page.

  2. Under SD Card Files, click "Refresh".

    • Note: This automatically pauses the live camera for a moment to speed up the file list loading.

  3. Find your file in the list and click Print.

Troubleshooting

"Warning: No push-off G-code found!"

  • This means your file likely doesn't have the custom G-code to automatically sweep the print off the bed.

  • Can I still print? Yes! But the queue will not automatically start the next job. You must clear the bed manually and hit "Force Run Next Job."

"The Camera is black or loading forever"

  • Click the "Camera Active" toggle switch to restart the stream.

  • Ensure your PC and Printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

"My print came out the wrong color!"

  • Trust the Mapping: The printer does exactly what you tell it. If you map the "Red Request" row to the "Blue Slot," it will print Blue. Always double-check your mappings before hitting Start!
